    Tzatiziki Sauce

    A versatile dip that is used in Greece on everything – from meats and gyros to dipping pita and vegetables. It’s a heathy yogurt and cucumber dip that is super easy to make and Sizzle and Dizzle approved.

    Ingredients

    • 1½ cup Greek yogurt
    • 1 cucumber shredded
    • 2 garlic cloves minced
    • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh or dry dill
    • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

    Instructions

    • Parent Task: Grate the cucumber. It will be damp so dry it out as much as possible with a towel or napkin.
    • Kidtasatic! Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until blended.
    • Enjoy with pita bread, crackers or on a gyro.
