Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon corn starch (for thicker soups)
- 2 tablespoon warm water to mix with corn starch (if using)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup chopped frozen peas and carrots
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives or scallions (optional)
- salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions
- Team effort: In medium pot, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce and sesame oil. Bring to a boil.
